Reporting Copyright Infringements

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must include the following:
Identification of the material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Your statement of good faith belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material.
Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
